[Pilot] SamMobile embraces OLED black theme as the site default

Dark mode, aka night mode, has consistently been one of the most requested features by our readers. There's almost universal appreciation for dark mode these days. All of us here perpetually have our phones turned to the black theme by default.

Previously, SamMobile.com readers saw the light mode as the default whenever they visited the site. Members who set it as their default would always see the black theme by default as long as they were logged in.

For now on, the OLED black theme is the new default for SamMobile.com. It will be visible for all visitors. Members have the option to switch between the dark and light themes when they're logged in.

It's going to be a gradual change so you may not notice the new default theme immediately, but once the cache sorts itself out, the dark theme is going to be your new default. We've done thing as a pilot project and if the feedback remains good, it may become a permanent change. Let us know your feedback as we're always happy to make changes our readers request.
