Modes and Routines gets a huge boost with One UI 7.0

One UI 7.0 brings more conditions to Modes and Routines

The One UI 7.0 beta update, which was recently released to the Galaxy S24 series in select markets, brought 32 new conditions to the Modes And Routines app.

Those conditions include adjusting date and time, accidental touch protection, sharing images, moving images to trash, blocking Bixby and Edge Panels during gaming, getting battery level data, and even weather information (humidity, precipitation, snowfall, temperature, and weather).

Depending on those conditions, you can create customized Routines to automate several aspects of your Galaxy phone or smart home.

Samsung has removed Bixby's Run New Command feature. It has also renamed Bixby Volume to AI Assistant Volume so that it works with other AI assistants like Google's Gemini.
