Even though the term “AI” is now associated with Samsung's Galaxy phones for the first time, the company has been using AI on other devices for a while now. You may have heard of Samsung's Bespoke Jet AI vacuum cleaners before. But what you might not yet know is that a new AI Mode 2.0 is now ready to roll out alongside the latest 2024 Bespoke Jet AI stick vacuum cleaner.

This new Bespoke Jet AI cordless stick vacuum cleaner Samsung announced today boasts improved suction power of up to 310 watts, which the company claims is the world's highest.

The new Jet AI vacuum cleaner achieves this record through technologies patented by Samsung Electronics, such as an ultra-light motor structure that reduces air pressure loss.

Smarter AI for Samsung's new vacuum cleaner

Samsung's new Bespoke Jet AI cordless stick vacuum cleaner has a few other clever tricks up its sleeve.

First is the new AI Mode 2.0, which can detect and differentiate between floor materials and automatically adjust suction power based on whether it's clearing a mat, a floor, or a carpet.

This clever system can also lift the brush on its own or adjust accordingly when the user is trying to vacuum around corners.

When all these clever AI features work together, they can reduce battery usage by up to 25% compared to previous models.

Another great feature is a high-temperature cleaning brush that sprays warm water at about 55 degrees Celsius to clean floors effectively. This latest model also employs a new HEPA filtration system that prevents the re-emission of fine particles into the atmosphere.

Samsung says the new Bespoke Jet AI cordless stick vacuum cleaner is now available in South Korea in five satin color options: greige, beige, black, gray, and green. The price ranges from 1,649,000 to 1,749,000 won ($1,242 – $1,317).

At the moment, there are no availability details for the new Bespoke Jet AI cordless stick vacuum cleaner in markets other than Korea, but Samsung should release it globally sooner rather than later.
