The Galaxy Z TriFold units in South Korea are getting a new software update. According to the changelog, it brings the June 2026 security patch, which addresses 45 security vulnerabilities found in the previous version of the OS.
The update is 898.38MB in size, which is unusually large for a security update, and carries firmware version F968NKSU5BZF1 (via Samsung Community). To get it, go to Settings > Software update > Download and install.
Interestingly, the latest updates for the Galaxy S25 series and the Galaxy Z Fold 7 that brought the June 2026 security patch also introduced two Galaxy AI features from the Galaxy S26 lineup — Priority Notifications and Files Summaries. These features were expected to arrive with One UI 8.5 but were missing from that release.
Given that the Galaxy Z TriFold was also expected to receive these features with One UI 8.5 but didn't, and considering the unusually large size of the latest update, there's a possibility that Samsung has included Priority Notifications and Files Summaries in this release as well. But we don't have a confirmation about it yet.
Samsung may release the latest Galaxy Z TriFold update in other countries in the next few days.
