Instagram announced that it is making video editing easier by allowing users to scale, crop, fit, and rotate each individual video clip while creating a longer video. There are redo and undo options, too. You can also add clips with audio from Instagram's Clip Hub to make your videos more “memable.” The VoiceOver tool is also easier to find, and there are now 10 new English text-to-speech voices to choose from. There are six new fonts and support for hundreds of languages. Text now has better outlines so that it stands out more from the background.
To find more interesting audio clips to add to Reels, there is now a newer audio browser that shows trending audio clips. It is also easier to leave your edits in drafts and come back to deal with them later. Drafts are now shown in a streamlined view. You can rename your drafts, quickly preview them, and even schedule posts.
While making Reels or Stories, you can find your photos and videos more easily, as Instagram now offers the ability to zoom in or out of the gallery view. You can search for stuff in your gallery using the search button on the top in the camera feed view.
For content creators, bloggers, and celebrities, Instagram has added better analytics tools to understand how their content is performing. The built-in analytics tool now shows play and replay counts separately. They can also see how many people watched their Reels at any given time through a timeline view.
