AI is taking over important aspects of the computing world, and Google wants to add as much AI as possible to its list of products and services. Google Chrome is another Google product that AI will empower, this time to help you generate themes. As per a new report, Google Chrome is working on an AI feature that will be integrated into the browser and help users generate new themes.

According to browser expert @Leopeva64 on Twitter, the latest version of Google Chrome Canary replaces the ‘Wallpaper search' option with a new ‘Create theme with AI' option. As the name suggests, Google Chrome will use AI to help users create new themes for the browser. Moreover, an AI option inside Google Chrome's settings page can be turned on to view the ‘Expanded theme gallery'.

Google could also bring AI powers to other parts of the browser

Notably, the ‘Expanded theme gallery' option enables advanced wallpaper search options in the ‘Customize Chrome' panel. While not many would consider this a huge change, improvements, especially the option to give manual controls powered by AI to create themes, are always welcome.

One important thing to keep in mind is to understand that not everyone loves and is familiar with using AI. Unless this Google Chrome AI theme generation feature isn't something simple, people would not look into this feature. Apart from deploying AI to create Google Chrome themes, AI could also be integrated into tab organization, making it easier to manage and group tabs.
