Samsung seems to be rolling it out in phases.

Samsung has released an update for the MultiStar app, which is a module for the brand’s Good Lock app. It carries version 11.0.59 and brings support for One UI 9.0 (via Galaxy Techie).
The update is neither available on our Galaxy S26 running the beta version of One UI 9.0 India, nor on the Galaxy S25 running on One UI 8.5 in the country. Considering that, we think that the brand is rolling it out in phases.
To check the availability of the latest MultiStar update on your Galaxy phone as well as to get it, navigate to Galaxy Store > Menu > Updates > Update all.

On our Galaxy S26 running One UI 9.0, the Good Lock app shows that four plugins don’t support the new software yet: NavStar, NotiStar, MultiStar, and QuickStar.
