A previous report claimed that the phone will be just 11mm thin, making it Samsung's thinnest foldable phone. If this report is accurate, the Galaxy Z Fold 6 could be even thinner than the OnePlus Open (11.7mm). Moreover, the phone is rumored to be a little wider than the Galaxy Z Fold 5. It is said to have sharp edges and a titanium build, just like the Galaxy S24 Ultra. We can expect the phone to continue to feature an IPX8 rating for water resistance.

Another tipster, Yogesh Brar, claimed that the cover screen on the Galaxy Z Fold 6 measures 6.4 inches diagonally, up from the Galaxy Z Fold 5's 6.2-inch screen. He also claimed that the cover screen has an aspect ratio of 20:9, while that of the inner screen is 1.08:1. If this information is accurate, the Galaxy Z Fold 5 will have a wider cover screen and an almost square aspect ratio, exactly like the OnePlus Open. This should cheer up Samsung fans, and it looks like the South Korean firm has finally listened to its fanbase. But this rumor also brings some disappointing news. The Galaxy Z Fold 6 reportedly misses out on a built-in S Pen slot. If you were expecting to see a built-in silo for the S Pen stylus, the Galaxy Z Fold 6 might disappoint you.

The Galaxy Z Fold 6 reportedly features a 50MP primary camera, a 12MP ultrawide camera, and a 10MP telephoto camera. It is said to come with an improved under-display camera on the cover screen. It is rumored to come equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor and a 4,600mAh battery. In comparison, the Galaxy Z Fold 5 has a 4,400mAh battery. A more power-efficient processor and a bigger battery should result in longer battery life. The phone is expected to come in three color options.
