There's a new Thom Browne Edition Galaxy bundle in town. Samsung announced the Galaxy Z Fold 5 Thom Browne Edition hours ago, and needless to say, the fresh release meets the expectations set by previous limited-edition runs. The luxurious bundle includes a phone, a smartwatch, and accessories, all featuring the Thom Browne color scheme and all packaged in a neat briefcase.

Speaking of packaging, Samsung has released an early unboxing video of the Galaxy Z Fold 5 Thom Browne Edition. It's almost two minutes long and offers a more in-depth overview of the briefcase and everything it contains.

Samsung announced that the Galaxy Z Fold 5 Thom Browne Edition will be released in select markets on September 12. It didn't reveal exactly where the bundle will be available or how much it will cost.

Nevertheless, since it includes the Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Galaxy Watch 6 — along with accessories — the bundle might cost north of $3,000. For context, the Galaxy Z Fold 3 Thom Browne Edition went on sale in 2021 for $3,449. The Galaxy Z Fold 5 Thom Browne Edition will be released in limited quantities.

Story continues after the video

How are the Thom Browne Edition Galaxy devices different?

The Galaxy Z Fold 5 Thom Browne Edition and the accompanying smartwatch have unique color schemes and accessories, all featuring the Americana stripe. But in case you're wondering about specifications, these devices are just as powerful as the standard models. You can check out our Galaxy Z Fold 5 review video above for more details on the user experience beyond the exterior paint finish and other bells and whistles.

Of course, these Thom Browne Edition devices also come with unique wallpapers and icon packs to complete the package. But for the most part, these devices have a touch of exclusivity because of their exterior finishes and the exquisite unboxing experience they offer. Performance is the same, and no matter which Galaxy Z Fold 5 you'll be using, you'll have access to great features such as Flex Mode and advanced multitasking.

Samsung will start selling the Galaxy Z Fold 5 Thom Browne Edition on September 12 through its online shop. We'll keep you posted as soon as more details about availability by country and prices emerge. And if you like the new foldable phone and smartwatch but wouldn't want this limited edition package, you can already buy the standard Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Galaxy Watch 6 from Samsung's online shop.
