The Galaxy S26 FE, announced a few weeks ago, is already available for purchase in the US and other countries, but not yet in India. However, ahead of its launch on September 18, a new leak has revealed the pricing for both variants of the device.
An official document obtained by tipster Abhishek Yadav revealed that the Galaxy S26 FE is set to be priced at INR 69,999 ($733) for the 8GB RAM and 128GB storage variant. The 256GB version is set to go on sale for INR 79,999 ($837).
The company does not appear to be bringing the 12GB RAM and 512GB storage variant to India, at least during the initial launch period.
The phone features a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED display with Full HD+ resolution, an adaptive 120Hz refresh rate, up to 1,900 nits of peak brightness, and HDR10+ support.
It has a 12MP selfie camera, a 50MP primary rear camera with OIS, a 12MP ultrawide camera, and an 8MP telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom and OIS. It has the My FanCam feature that debuted with the Galaxy Z Flip 8 and the Galaxy Z Fold 8 recently.
Under the hood, the Galaxy S26 FE is powered by the Exynos 2500 (3nm) chipset and runs One UI 9.0 (Android 17) out of the box. Samsung has also promised seven generations of Android OS upgrades for the device.
It packs a 4,900mAh battery with support for 45W wired and 15W wireless charging. Connectivity options include GPS, 5G (dual-SIM in India), Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, and a USB 2.0 Type-C port.
Other notable features include stereo speakers, an IP68 dust and water resistance rating, Samsung Pay, and Wireless DeX.
