This new firmware fixes many bugs and issues that Samsung has listed in the official changelog, but users are discovering that the company has not detailed everything that has changed.
One example is the removal of the ‘Secured by Knox' watermark from the app drawer. On the first firmware, the app drawer had a persistent ‘Secured by Knox' watermark on the corner of the screen to indicate that the device is running beta software.
Samsung said the watermark would be removed in the stable version of One UI 7, but it turns out the necessary change has already been made. You can see the difference in the screenshots below.
There are likely a few other things that have changed with the second One UI 7 beta update apart from what's mentioned in the changelog, and you can rest assured that we will let you know as soon as we learn about them.
