After a lot of delay, Samsung is finally rolling out the stable version of Android 15-based One UI 7.0 to the Galaxy S24 FE (via @TarunVats). The new software update offers many new features that we will discuss in a bit.
Samsung has made the update available in Korea. It carries firmware version S721NKSU2BYD9 and is 5,250.97MB in size, as you can see in the screenshot below. We expect Samsung to release it in other regions soon.
One UI 7.0 brings a new user interface design, many new features, and smoother animations. The new UI includes redesigned icons, revamped notification panel, and many other changes. You can check out the complete list of changes here.
While Samsung delayed the One UI 7 update rollout massively, the brand has suggested that it won't make the same mistake with Android 16-based One UI 8.0. Recently, Samsung's Android 16-based One UI 8.0 leaked, suggesting that its development is complete, and the brand is on track to deliver on its promise.
