The launch of the Galaxy S23 FE has been relatively staggered. Upon announcing the phone at the beginning of October, Samsung said the Galaxy S23 FE would go on sale in select markets on the 5th, while prospective buyers in other regions would have to wait a few more weeks. The Galaxy S23 FE went live in the USA at the end of October, and now, the phone is going on sale in more markets.

Malaysia is officially next on the roadmap for the Fan Edition release. Samsung introduced the Galaxy S23 FE to Malaysia today and revealed exciting discounts and bonuses for early buyers.

Story continues after our Galaxy S23 FE review video

In Malaysia, the 128GB Galaxy S23 FE starts at RM2,999 ($641), and the 256GB variant is available for RM3,299 ($706). However, customers buying the phone before November 30 can benefit from the following bonuses:

  • Free storage upgrade to 256GB worth RM300.
  • Up to RM350 ($75) trade-in rebate.
  • Up to 30% off with Samsung Care+ on select Galaxy Tablets, Buds, and accessories.
  • Exclusive promo of RM500 ($107) for customers who register through #GalaxyTroop.

A true Fan Edition phone with flagship qualities

The Galaxy S23 FE must be Samsung's best value-for-money phone of the year. It doesn't cost as much as the Galaxy S23 flagship, yet it packs a high-end chip, a 50MP primary camera, a robust Camera app suite, 8K video recording capabilities, and a high build quality boasting an aluminum frame, Gorilla Glass 5 protection, and an IP68 dust and water resistance rating.

To top it all off, Samsung will update the Galaxy S23 FE with four Android OS upgrades over its lifetime and five years of security patches.

Samsung is selling the Galaxy S23 FE in Malaysia in four color options: Mint, Cream, Graphite, and Purple. Check out our full review and hit the “Buy” button below for more details.
