However, there's another mid-range Samsung device that sports that cooling system. That device is the Galaxy M35, which is launching in India soon.
According to a recent report, Samsung will launch the Galaxy M35 in India on July 17. The company has started teasing the phone's features on Amazon's website. On its teaser page, Samsung revealed that the Galaxy M35 has a vapor chamber cooling system, just like the Galaxy A35 that it shares many of its specs with.
The Galaxy M35 was launched in Brazil a few months ago, but it was unclear then if it used a vapor chamber. But that is now confirmed, thanks to Samsung India.
Samsung has claimed that it used the vapor chamber cooling system to keep the decently powerful processor's temperatures in check. This system uses a small amount of liquid, and when it comes in contact with heat generated by the processor, it turns into vaporized liquid and spreads across the chamber, where it can more effectively dissipate that heat.
When heat is dissipated effectively, the processor's temperature remains optimal. That allows the chip to perform consistently despite sustained high processing workloads. It means that when the phone performs heavier tasks like multi-tab web browsing, multitasking, or gaming for a longer period, it doesn't slow down drastically.
The Galaxy M35 has a 6.6-inch Super AMOLED screen with Full HD+ resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and up to 1,000 nits peak brightness. The phone has the Exynos 1380 processor, 6GB/8GB RAM, 128GB/256GB internal storage, and a microSD card slot. It runs Android 14 out of the box and will get four major Android OS updates and security updates for five years.
It has a 13MP selfie camera, a 50MP primary rear camera with OIS, an 8MP ultrawide camera, and a 2MP macro camera. Its front-facing and primary rear cameras can record 4K 30fps videos.
The device is powered by a 6,000mAh battery and supports 25W fast charging. It has stereo speakers, a dual-SIM card slot, 5G, Wi-Fi 6, Wi-Fi Direct, Bluetooth 5.3, NFC, and a USB 2.0 Type-C port. The M35 has a side-mounted fingerprint reader and supports Samsung Wallet. It has a plastic frame and Gorilla Glass Victus+ screen protection.
