The South Korean variant of the Galaxy M33, which is called the Galaxy Jump 2, has just received the One UI 7 update. Usually, software updates are first released in South Korea and they are soon expanded to other countries. So, the Galaxy M33 could get the One UI 7 update in other countries very soon.
The Android 15-based One UI 7.0 update is now available for the Galaxy Jump 2 (M33) in South Korea. It comes with firmware version M336KKSUAFYE3 and includes the May 2025 security patch. Since it is a major software update, we advise you to download it using a Wi-Fi network. The update brings several new and improved features, a new UI design, and improved smoothness across the software to the phone.
If you live in South Korea and have the Galaxy Jump 2, you can now download this update by heading over to Settings » Software update » Download and install. Once the downloading process is finished, tap the Install now button to install the update. The phone will then restart after a few minutes and you can then start using One UI 7.0.
The Galaxy Jump 2 was launched in the first half of 2021 with Android 12 (One UI 4.1) onboard. The phone received the Android 13 (One UI 5) update in late 2022. In late 2023, Samsung released the Android 14 (One UI 6.0) update to the device. It will get its last major Android OS (16) and One UI (8) update before the end of this year.
