Samsung has now fully unveiled the Galaxy M31 Prime Edition for the Indian market. The smartphone's pricing was revealed earlier this week, but its color variants weren't detailed. The company has now announced that the Galaxy M31 Prime Edition will be available in three colors: Iceberg Blue, Ocean Blue, and Space Black. More importantly, the device comes with a bunch of pre-loaded Amazon apps.

The new smartphone is priced at INR 16,499 (around $225), and Amazon Prime members can get a cashback of INR 1,000 on October 16 via Amazon Pay. In addition, purchases made using HDFC Bank's credit and debit cards are eligible for an instant cashback of 10% during the Amazon Great Indian Festival sale. The Galaxy M31 Prime Edition will also be available through Samsung's online store and select retail stores.

The reason behind the Galaxy M31 Prime Edition's lower pricing compared to the Galaxy M31 is that the new phone comes with instant access to Amazon and various pre-loaded apps (Amazon Shopping, Amazon Prime Video, Amazon Prime Music, Audible, and Kindle) from Amazon's ecosystem. The phone also shows updates on deals, movies, popular books, trending movies, TV shows, and new trending products on the lock screen. In its press release, Samsung said that the Amazon shopping app can be instantly accessed on the Galaxy M31 Prime Edition by swiping right on the home screen. The phone also comes with a 3-month complimentary Amazon Prime membership.

There's a 32MP selfie camera with 4K video recording. At the rear, the Galaxy M31 Prime Edition has a quad-camera setup, consisting of a 64MP wide-angle camera, an 8MP ultrawide camera, a 5MP depth sensor, and a 5MP macro camera.
