Galaxy A56 vs Galaxy S25: How One UI 7 compares

For the most part, One UI 7 on the Galaxy A56 looks and feels the same as One UI 7 on the Galaxy S25, which is good news for future A56 users. However, a couple of minor differences exist across the two phones, some of which are caused by different hardware.

• The Now Bar on the Galaxy A56 Always On Display behaves slightly differently, likely due to the S25 having a more advanced display.
• The Now Bar on the Galaxy A56 lock screen is placed higher because of the fingerprint scanner's location.

Aside from these discrepancies, One UI 7 is pretty much the same across the Galaxy A56 and S25. Of course, the A56 has fewer Galaxy AI features, and even the Now Bar doesn't support as many information channels as it does on the S25. For one, it's missing Google Sports integration.

However, animations are virtually the same, and so are the quick panels and app drawers on the two Galaxy phones.
