Samsung started releasing the June 2024 security patch to eligible Galaxy smartphones and tablets on 10 June 2024. Initially, the company made the latest security update available for high-end and flagship-grade devices. Later, the brand released it for mid-range phones and tablets. Now, as the month is about to end, the South Korean tech giant has started to release the latest security update to affordable and entry-level devices, and today, it is the Galaxy A05s that is getting the June 2024 security patch.
At the moment, Samsung is releasing the June 2024 security patch to the international variant of the Galaxy A05s, which has the model number SM-A057F. The software update that brings the latest security update to the smartphone has the firmware version A057FXXS4CXF1. Currently, the latest software update is live in six countries: Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, and New Zealand.

You can get the latest software update on your Galaxy A05s by going to Settings » Software update » Download and install. The new firmware is also available in our database for you to download. Once you download it, you will have to use the Odin software on a Windows PC to install the new firmware on your smartphone. The June 2024 security patch fixes 59 security issues on Samsung phones and tablets.
