We recently highlighted why the Galaxy S25 Ultra may be a better buy than the S26 Ultra right now, especially given Samsung's recent price hikes on the S26. A new Woot deal is proving that point.
The Galaxy S25 Ultra is available for a lower price through Woot, and you can buy the 1TB model new (open box) and unlocked for $949–$997.
There's a limit of two units per customer, and the offer is available for 7 more days or until the S25 Ultra is sold out.
For reference, a 1TB Galaxy S26 Ultra would normally cost twice as much: $1,999. Even with ongoing $200 discounts at the Samsung online store, you'd still pay roughly $800 more on the 2026 model.
The Galaxy S25 Ultra is missing a couple of premium features, such as the Privacy Display, but it's otherwise very similar to the S26 Ultra. The S25 series already received One UI 9.0, and the Ultra model offers the same software and Galaxy AI features as the newer model.
As of this writing, Woot offers the Galaxy S25 Ultra with 1TB of storage in three color options: Titanium Black, Titanium Whitesilver, and Titanium Gray. Titanium Silverblue is no longer in stock.
