ASRock’s latest gaming monitor uses Samsung’s QD-OLED

With every passing day, more and more brands are increasingly using Samsung Display’s QD-OLED panels for their monitors. Last week, we saw Acer using it for its professional monitor, and now, ASRock has used it for a gaming monitor.

ASRock has launched the Phantom Gaming PGO32UFSA gaming monitor at Computex 2025. It features one of Samsung Display’s 31.5-inch QD-OLED panels. Let's take a look at what it offers.

Samsung Display's 31.5 QD-OLED in the ASRock Phantom Gaming PGO32UFSA offers the same set of features that it does on most other monitors, including 4K resolution, 240Hz refresh rate, 0.01ms response time, 250 nits typical and 1,000 nits peak brightness, and 99.3% coverage of the DCI-P3 colour gamut. It supports AMD FreeSync Premium Pro and comes with the VESA DisplayHDR True Black 400 certification.

As for the selection of ports, you get two HDMI 2.1 ports, one DisplayPort 1.4 port, two USB Type-A 3.2 Gen 1 ports, one USB Type-B 3.2 Gen 1 port, one USB Type-C 3.2 Gen 1 port with 65W Power Delivery and DisplayPort Alt Mode, and a 3.5mm audio jack. Surprisingly, it also has Wi-Fi 7 support, but we aren’t sure what it might use the internet for. The monitor’s stand offers height, swivel, and tilt adjustments. 

ASRock hasn’t announced the availability and the price of the Phantom Gaming PGO32UFSA. If you are planning to get a QD-OLED monitor, you can also take a look at Samsung’s Odyssey OLED G6 or the Odyssey OLED G8.
