Samsung, in an official announcement, revealed that the company has set up its new Odyssey Ark gaming screen and the Gaming Hub platform at the iconic department store Selfridges in London. Here, visitors can enjoy an “immersive gaming experience” where they can test their racing skills in the driving simulator.

The Samsung Odyssey Ark Gaming Bespoke Simulator has been stationed in the menswear section of the store in the Designer Street Room. Three 55-inch Odyssey Ark 4K 1000R curved gaming screens are connected together to provide a thrilling gaming experience.

The best part of this setup is that the three Samsung Odyssey Ark gaming screens wrap around the gamers to give them a feeling of being inside a racecar cockpit with ‘Cockpit Mode' which also enables the screen to rotate with HAS (Height Adjustable Stand), tilt, and pivot functionality for an awesome gaming experience.

Visitors can visit Selfridges for a unique gaming experience until 31 January 2023

Some of the notable features of the Samsung Odyssey Ark are its 165Hz refresh rate, 1ms response time (grey-to-grey), and 4K (3,840 x 2,160) resolution. It also comes with the ‘Flex Move Screen' feature that can adjust the screen size between 55 and 27 inches, change the screen position, and switch the screen ratio between 16:9, 21:9, and 32:9.

In addition to the Samsung Odyssey Ark gaming simulator, visitors can also experience the retail demo station for cloud gaming and the Gaming Hub section, which is set up in the Tech department on the lower ground floor of Selfridges. The retail section will showcase three gaming stands, the Odyssey Ark, and Samsung’s latest ultra-high-definition TVs, the Neo QLED 8K and Neo QLED 4K.

The Samsung Gaming Hub will also give users a chance to enjoy popular Xbox Game Pass titles in addition to new releases. With a vast library of games from Xbox, NVIDIA GeForce NOW, and Utomik and no PC or console requirement, users can enjoy unlimited possibilities of gaming at the Samsung Gaming Hub. Selfridges will be offering an exclusive 10% discount for interested buyers willing to purchase the Odyssey Ark. Also, visitors can experience this unique experience at the flagship store in London until January 31, 2023.
