Samsung Pay gets support for 20 new banks and credit unions in the US

Samsung has just updated its mobile payment platform with compatibility for 20 new banks and credit unions in the United States. Amongst the newly-supported banks are the Amalgamated Bank of Chicago, Ballston Spa National Bank and First National Bank of Durango.

This news comes just a couple of days after the South Korean company introduced support for both Regions Bank and TD Bank, bringing the total number of Visa and MasterCard issuers up to 139.
