AT&T selling 'certified like-new' Galaxy S4 for $179 without contract

Especially when you can get it for only $179, which is currently possible from AT&T. The carrier is offering Samsung's 2013 flagship for that lowly price off-contract – it's a “certified like-new” phone, which is to say it's used and secondhand, but for $179 it's a great steal and, quite frankly, the best Android phone you can have. You will need to get a new line of service when you buy it, though you will have to opt for the red or white variant as the black one is sold out.
