Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 5
Samsung has ended the One UI 9.0 (Android 17) beta program for the Galaxy Z Fold 5 and the Galaxy Z Flip 5 and released the stable version of the new software.
The units enrolled in the beta program in the brand's home country, South Korea, seem to be the first to get it. The update is 485.41MB in size and carries firmware version F946NKSU6HZIJ (via Tarun Vats).
Samsung should release it in other countries over the next few days. You can check its availability and get it by going to Settings > Software update > Check for updates.
Compared to One UI 8.5, One UI 9.0 offers more customizations for Quick Panel, enhanced Samsung DeX, Samsung Notes, and accessibility features, a location privacy indicator, and new AI features.
