Supply chain leaks have given fans enough information to speculate about the upcoming Galaxy S27 Ultra's design. This has led to several Galaxy S27 Ultra renders based on educated guesses, but a lot of details about the next-gen flagship still remain unknown.
For one, although most leakers seem to agree that the Galaxy S27 Ultra will feature a chunky camera plateau with two circular camera cutouts and an oblong cutout, the precise sensor arrangement is unknown.
Previous fan-made renders depicted the oblong cutout with a sensor at the top, a camera at the bottom, and an LED flash in between.

IceUniverse, another leaker with a track record on the unannounced Galaxy S27 Ultra, backed the information in this recent post. He believes this is probably the closest-to-life interpretation of Samsung's camera layout so far. At least regarding the oblong cutout and sensor placement.
Samsung is expected to announce the Galaxy S27 Ultra early next year, in January or February. The upcoming Ultra may mark the series' most significant redesign in years.
The public's reaction to the Galaxy S27 Ultra's design seems mixed on social media. However, it's important to keep in mind that the final product almost always looks a little different, and usually better, than early leaked renders.
Early unofficial renders are often based on case dimensions. Measurements are accurate, and the information can give you an idea of what to expect from Samsung next year.
However, small design details — and even the placement of the sensors inside the oblong cutout — can make a difference. This latest render appears to have clarified some things, but it may still lack enough information to represent the final finish with perfect accuracy.
Time will tell, and with just a few months left before the next Galaxy Unpacked launch event, you can be sure the leaks will continue.
