Here’s when Galaxy S26 stable One UI 9.0 update could roll out globally

Earlier this month, Samsung released the stable version of One UI 9.0 (Android 17) for the Galaxy S26 series. Back then, the brand made it available only in its home country, South Korea. Later, the company rolled it out in the US.

However, those are the only two regions where it has released the update, with the international variants of the phones globally awaiting the new software. Now, it looks like people will have to wait at least two more days for it.

On Samsung’s Community forum for Thailand, a moderator has revealed that the brand will release the stable version of One UI 9.0 for the Galaxy S26 series in the country on September 30, 2026 (via NingSP). Whereas Samsung Indonesia says that it will make the new software available for these phones on October 3, 2026 (via Kyoza).

From the information available at the moment, it looks like Samsung will start rolling out the stable One UI 9.0 update for the Galaxy S26 in more regions starting September 30.
