A new software update is rolling out to the Galaxy A57

Samsung has started rolling out a new software update for the Galaxy A57. If you were hoping to see One UI 9.0, you will have to wait. This is a standard security update designed to make the phone more secure, and it is now available in India and some neighboring countries.

The latest update for the Galaxy A57, which is currently rolling out in India and neighboring countries like Bangladesh and Nepal, comes with firmware version A576BXXS6AZI3 and includes the September 2026 security patch. The update is nearly 500MB in size. You can install it by opening the Settings app on your Galaxy A57, navigating to Software update, and tapping Check for updates. Once the download is complete, tap the Restart button to finish the installation. This entire process takes just a few minutes.

Samsung has not yet released the stable One UI 9.0 update for the Galaxy S26 and is currently only on the second One UI 9.0 beta update for the Galaxy A57. Because of this, do not expect the stable One UI 9.0 update to hit the Galaxy A57 anytime this month.
