Samsung's pre-order offer for the brand-new Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra in the USA gives buyers two ways to save. You can either trade in an eligible device for up to $1,200 off or skip the trade-in program altogether and claim a $200 Samsung Credit instead.
The catch with the Samsung Credit is that it can't be used to lower the Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra's price. Instead, you'll have to spend it on accessories or other eligible products you can add to the Fold 8 Ultra shopping cart, otherwise you'll miss out on the bonus entirely.
If you'd rather maximize your savings on the phone itself, Samsung's trade-in program remains the better option. Depending on the device you exchange, you can shave up to $1,200 off the Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra's starting price.
Here are the highest-valued trade-in devices for Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra buyers during the pre-order period:
Samsung US is also running similar trade-in offers and Samsung Credit perks for the Galaxy Z Fold 8 and Galaxy Z Flip 8.
However, the Fold 8 Ultra comes with one extra incentive. Use the promo code PAYPAL100 at checkout, complete your purchase with PayPal, and Samsung will knock another $100 off the price of the phone.
Before any discounts, trade-ins, or bonus offers, the Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra starts at $2,099. The offers are available during the pre-order period ending August 7.
