A few days ago, Samsung released updates for three Good Guardians modules to make them compatible with One UI 9.0 (Android 17), the brand's latest Android skin for Galaxy smartphones. Now, the company has updated the Good Guardians app itself with support for the new software.
Samsung has released an update for the Good Guardians app for Galaxy smartphones. It is 4.7MB in size, carries version 9.0.07, and brings one change, and that is the compatibility for One UI 9.0 (via Ice Universe).
You can get the latest update by going to the Galaxy Store, tapping on the icon with three horizontal lines on the top-left corner of the display (to access menu), selecting Updates (here, you should be able to see the latest Good Guardians update), and tapping on the update icon in the app’s listing or on the Update all button on the top-right corner of the display.
Samsung is expected to showcase the stable version of One UI 9.0 for the first time with its next smartphones with foldable displays, which are expected to arrive on July 22, 2026. The brand should then start rolling it out to older devices. The company should update the remaining Good Guardians modules with support for the new software by that time.
