Samsung's premium TV buyers will get priority service in Europe

Samsung has announced a new Premium Plus service for customers who purchase select premium TVs in Europe. The South Korean firm says the service is designed to offer an enhanced customer experience through next-business-day repairs.

Customers who buy eligible 98-inch or larger Crystal UHD, Neo QLED, and Micro RGB TVs from Samsung in Europe will qualify for the Premium Plus service. It offers next-business-day repairs to minimize downtime, and Samsung claims that most issues will be resolved within 24 hours. The service will be provided free of charge.

Eligible TV models for Premium Plus service

  • 98-inch Crystal UHD 4K TVs launched in 2024
  • 98-inch Neo QLED 4K TVs launched in 2024
  • 98-inch, 100-inch, and 115-inch Neo QLED 4K TVs launched in 2025
  • 98-inch Neo QLED 8K TVs launched in 2025
  • 115-inch Micro RGB TVs launched in 2025
  • 100-inch Neo QLED 4K TVs launched in 2026

The service will also provide customers with a replacement TV or projector while their original TV is being repaired. Samsung will handle the installation and setup of the temporary replacement device at the customer’s location.

Samsung will also offer 24×7 live chat support to premium TV buyers to ensure immediate assistance. When customers request TV repairs through Samsung’s website, phone support, or live chat, they can provide the model name and number of their qualifying TV to receive priority support from a dedicated agent.

The Premium Plus service will be available starting in May 2026 in the countries listed below:

  • Austria
  • Czech Republic
  • France
  • Greece
  • Lithuania
  • Romania
  • Slovakia
  • Spain
  • Sweden
  • Switzerland

Samsung plans to expand the service to additional countries later this year.
