Back in March, we learned that Samsung was developing the Galaxy M47 and the Galaxy F70 Pro. While there was no information at the time about which markets would get the devices first, they were expected to eventually arrive in India, as the company launches most of its smartphones in the country.
Now, we finally have confirmation that Samsung is preparing to bring both devices to India. The latest development also suggests that the South Korean tech giant may have completed work on the smartphones and could launch them very soon.
Two unannounced Samsung smartphones carrying model numbers SM-M476B and SM-E476B have appeared on the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) certification website (via SammyGuru). Based on Samsung’s model number and naming conventions, as well as previous leaks, these model numbers may belong to the Galaxy M47 and the Galaxy F70 Pro.
The BIS certification strongly indicates that Samsung is planning to launch the Galaxy M47 and the Galaxy F70 Pro in India. Since the devices have now cleared a key regulatory process, their launch may not be far away.
