Even though the Galaxy S26 Ultra gained a lot of attention after Unpacked, let's not forget that the base S26 model is arguably the better phone for anyone looking for a more compact solution. And now, the Galaxy S26 is also cheaper.
For a limited time, you can save $100 on the Galaxy S26 when you buy the phone without a trade-in. Alternatively, you can save up to $380 with a trade-in. Either way, you're paying less.
The $100 no-trade-in offer is available for both storage options and all six colors. With this deal, the phone now starts at $799 for the 256GB model, or you can buy the 512GB variant for $999.
The Galaxy S26 is smaller and thinner than the Plus and Ultra models while packing the same punch, at least in the USA, where the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 powers the entire series.
You get a 6.3-inch Dynamic LTPO AMOLED 2X screen without Privacy Display, and the internals are wrapped in an even thinner body that measures 149.6 x 71.7 x 7.2mm. If you're looking for a powerful but relatively compact phone, the Flip series might be a good choice, but you can't do better in the slab phone segment.
