Over the past few weeks, Samsung has released the One UI 8.5 beta update to several Galaxy devices. The company is not stopping there. It could soon expand the One UI 8.5 Beta Program to two more Galaxy A series phones: the Galaxy A54 and the Galaxy A55.
Samsung has recently created One UI Beta Program discussion boards for the Galaxy A54 and the Galaxy A55 on its official forums (via Tarun Vats) for the Indian market. This suggests that the company may soon open the One UI 8.5 Beta Program for these two mid-range smartphones in India, and possibly in other select regions.

The company recently released the One UI 8.5 beta update for the Galaxy A35 and the Galaxy A36. With these additions, the One UI 8.5 Beta Program has become Samsung’s most widely available beta program to date. In the past, One UI beta updates were typically limited to recent high-end Galaxy S and Galaxy Z series devices, with only a few exceptions.
This development also indicates that the stable One UI 8.5 update for the Galaxy A54 and Galaxy A55 is likely at least a month away. It is still unclear whether the Galaxy A56 will be included in the beta program.
