Samsung's out with three new models in its flagship series this year. As expected, the Galaxy S26 is the base model and one that customers are likely going to get if they want the 2026 flagship Samsung experience at the lowest entry price.

Is it all good or does the device have some shortcomings? That's precisely what you'll find out in our Galaxy S26 video review.

Our colleagues over at SamMobile TV have put together a detailed video review of the Galaxy S26, highlighting its plus points as well as its shortcomings.

People have been dissing on the phone since it doesn't have enough of a wow factor. However, it's important to understand what the target market for this device is. Anyone who is looking for the best camera experience, prefers having a larger display or more performance would obviously be better served by the Galaxy S26 Ultra.

However, for someone who wants a compact phone with enough power to handle general tasks, it's got everything that you'd want from a compact and lightweight flagship in 2026.

The obvious shortcomings include the lack of the anti-reflective display coating that the Ultra has, the fact that its display panel only has Full HD+ resolution, and it misses out on the Privacy Display feature of the top-of-the-line model.

Is that enough to disregard the model entirely? Not quite, as you'll find in the full video review posted below.
