Samsung is rolling out an update to the Samsung Health app for Galaxy smartphones. It carries version 6.31.3.013, and according to the changelog, which you can check out below, it brings two changes.

In select countries, personalized health info., meal plans, and products from premium partners are available.
Samsung had introduced iFit content in Samsung Health back in November 2025. So, its mention in this update likely suggests that the feature is expanding to more regions rather than being entirely new. At least that's our speculation.
The update seems to be live globally. To check its availability in your region, open the Galaxy Store, tap the hamburger menu in the top-left corner, and select Updates. If Samsung Health appears in the list, tap the update icon next to it or hit Update all in the top-right corner.
