Apps

Samsung has released updates for six of its applications for Galaxy smartphones: Always On Display, Personal Data Intelligence, Samsung Cloud, Samsung Contacts, Samsung Phone, and Voice Wake-Up (via Tarun Vats).

While the brand hasn’t listed what changes the updates for Samsung Cloud and Voice Wake-Up and Personal Data Intelligence bring, those for Samsung Contacts and Samsung Phone bring bug fixes. As for the update for Always On Display, it improves the “visibility of Now Bar in Light/Dark mode” and fixes “other GUI errors.

Although the company hasn’t said what changes the Samsung Cloud update brings, we discovered that it offers a new UI design to show which apps/things are being backed up and which aren't.

From what we could gather, some of these updates are currently available only on the Galaxy S26, Galaxy S26+, and Galaxy S26 Ultra. Samsung may offer them to older and more affordable devices soon.

To get these updates, go to the Galaxy Store, tap on the hamburger menu icon on the top-left corner of the display, select Updates, and tap on the Update all button at the top-right corner of the screen.
