In India, Samsung’s website states that customers who pre-order the Galaxy S26 series will start receiving their smartphones from March 6, 2026.
Surprisingly, the company has begun delivering the devices today (March 5, 2026), a day earlier than it had promised.
SamMobile writer Asif Iqbal Shaik pre-ordered the Galaxy S26 Ultra on the day pre-orders opened. At the time, the website indicated that the phone would be delivered on March 6, 2026. However, he received the device today (March 5, 2026), a day ahead of schedule.

Given this, it’s likely that Asif isn’t the only one receiving the device early in the country. Many other customers who pre-ordered the Galaxy S26 series may have already received their units today.
It’s also worth noting that India isn’t the only country where Samsung has started delivering the Galaxy S26 earlier than promised. In Europe, at least one person who pre-ordered a device from the lineup reportedly received their unit nearly a week ahead of schedule.
If you haven’t pre-ordered the Galaxy S26 yet, you can do so by clicking the Pre-Order Now button below, which will get you several additional benefits compared to buying it later. That said, there are only about six hours left before Samsung closes the pre-order window.
