Last week, Samsung announced that it will launch new Galaxy S series smartphones, which are expected to be the Galaxy S26, Galaxy S26+, and Galaxy S26 Ultra, at the Galaxy Unpacked event on 25 February 2026. To that extent, the brand started taking pre-reservations for these phones in many countries, including Europe, India, the UK, and the US.
Many reports about these phones suggest that Samsung will launch the Galaxy S26 series at a higher price than the Galaxy S25 lineup, owing to rising smartphone manufacturing costs, especially those of memory chips. If not, it may not offer as amazing pre-order benefits on these phones as it did on their predecessors, which included a double storage offer.
While there’s no information on price, Samsung has decided to extend the double storage offer to the upcoming phones, at least in India.
Samsung, on its Galaxy S26 pre-reservation page for India, has revealed that people pre-ordering the 256GB storage variant of these phones will be upgraded to the 512GB storage model for free. However, there doesn’t seem to be any such offer for people pre-ordering the 512GB model. You can check it out in the screenshot below.
The brand may announce the same offer in other countries soon. People pre-reserving the Galaxy S26 in India will get an assured voucher worth INR 2,699. 75 lucky winners will also get an INR 5,000 worth voucher, and 5 lucky winners will get an INR 50,000 worth voucher.
