Samsung confirmed the Galaxy S26 launch event date today. The company is set to unveil its latest flagship lineup on February 25, 2026, at an Unpacked event in San Francisco, California.
As always, Samsung is providing some incentives to customers who register to pre-order the device when they finally open. This time around, it's even giving you a chance to win $5,000.
Everyone who registers right now will receive a $30 credit. This credit can then be used when you pre-order your Galaxy S26 phone, but it won't knock $30 off the phone's price. You must buy additional eligible products, such as accessories or wireless earbuds, bought while pre-ordering the device.
All those who register automatically get entered into a contest to win a $5,000 gift card to use on Samsung.com. You don't need to pre-order a Galaxy S26 to win, simply registering is enough. If you win, you'll get a decent chunk of money to buy Samsung products with.
This contest is only open to legal residents of the United States aged 18 years or older. It ends 12:59 PM ET on February 25, 2026. Interested in watching the event? Here's how to watch the Unpacked event.
Samsung will confirm pricing and availability details of the Galaxy S26 lineup at the event later this month. Based on the reports so far, it doesn't appear that the company intends to raise prices, at least in the United States.
While a release date has not been provided as yet, given that pre-orders for the Galaxy S26 series will likely open on February 25, it's possible that Samsung may release the new flagship lineup by the second week of March.
