Samsung has started testing One UI 8.5 (Android 16 QPR2) for the Galaxy Tab S11 and the Galaxy Tab S10 FE.

Earlier this month, Samsung released the beta version of One UI 8.5 for the Galaxy S25 series, the first set of devices to get it. Alongside it, the brand is developing the new software for other eligible Galaxy devices. Well, there are now two more devices in that list, the Galaxy Tab S10 FE and the Galaxy Tab S11.
On Samsung’s servers, test firmware files for the Galaxy Tab S10 FE and the Galaxy Tab S11, featuring One UI 8.5 (Android 16 QPR2), have been spotted (via Alfaturk). The firmware for the former carries version X520XXU5BYL3, and that for the latter carries version X520XXU5BYL3.
It suggests that the brand has started testing the new software for the two tablets, and their release is now one step closer. One UI 8.5 brings a redesigned user interface and many new features. You can check them out in our video below.
Samsung is expected to debut the stable version of One UI 8.5 with the Galaxy S26 series. Soon after that, the brand may start releasing it to older eligible devices.
