Samsung has introduced a new premium protection plan for business customers in Canada. Samsung Care+ for Business offers an extended warranty of up to three years, with coverage for physical or liquid intrusion and no service fees.

According to Samsung Canada, the Care+ for Business program offers stackable service packages that give businesses the right coverage for their needs. The program can be combined with the optional Knox Manage module, which eliminates the need for IT managers to secure data and manage an inventory of devices when repairs are required.

The four main strengths of Samsung Care+ for Business

Samsung Canada breaks down the new Care+ for Business program into four areas that benefit customers.

First of all, there's the extended up to three-year warranty and no service fees. In addition, Samsung Care+ for Business customers benefit from certified servicing from expert technicians at authorized service centers.

Thirdly, repairs don't require additional costs or documentation. Getting a device repaired under Care+ for Business is a hassle-free process, according to Samsung.

And finally, Samsung Care+ for Business customers can manage device deployments and device fleets through Samsung Knox Portal and the dedicated console. Customers can track subscriptions, repair status, access policy information, and more, all on one screen.

Samsung Care+ for Business is available in Canada today via the SamsungKnox portal. Click the link for more details or check the official video below.
