May 2024 security update is here for Galaxy A34 5G

Last month, Samsung released One UI 6.1 to the Galaxy A34 5G. Despite the company rolling out the new software in May, it offered the firmware with the April 2024 security patch. Well, we’ve entered June, and now, the brand has released the May 2024 security patch for the smartphone. It fixes 45 security issues.

At the moment, Samsung is pushing the May 2024 security patch to the variant of the Galaxy A34 5G that it sells in many countries across Asia, the Middle East, and South Africa. It has the model number SM-A346E. The new firmware carries version A346EXXS7CXE2.

If your Galaxy A34 5G hasn’t notified you about the latest update, you can check for it manually by going to Settings » Software update » Download and install. The new firmware is also available in our database. You can download it from there and install it manually.
