Samsung lets you reserve the Galaxy S24, Galaxy S24+, and Galaxy S24 Ultra and earn a $50 discount. However, the reservation program is not the same as the pre-order one. Samsung's upcoming flagships should become available for pre-order on January 17 at Unpacked, and information regarding pre-order bonuses in some markets has leaked.
According to this leaked information, Galaxy S24, S24+, and S24 Ultra pre-order customers in some markets, including Korea (via @garyeonhan), will get a free memory upgrade.
Buyers will be able to pre-order the 256GB Galaxy S24 variant for the price of the 128GB model, 512GB for the price of 256GB, and 1TB for the price of 512GB.
However, in some markets, such as Austria, the 1TB free memory upgrade may be limited to a fixed number of units (via @rquandt). Every participating retailer might only have 2,000 1TB Galaxy S24 Ultras on hand for free memory upgrades.
Other bonuses for pre-ordering the Galaxy S24 series
In Korea, at least, Galaxy S24, S24+, and S24 Ultra pre-order customers should also benefit from a 1-year Samsung Care+ warranty. In addition, they'll get a pair of Galaxy Buds 2 Pro wireless earbuds and a special Pokemon or Maeil Milk Buds case (picked at random).
We also got some information about Galaxy S24 pre-order bonuses for customers in the UK (via @rquandt). Reportedly, some specific — as yet unnamed — retailers and operators will offer the Galaxy Watch 6 for free. More so, this bonus seemingly applies to all three Galaxy S24 models, not just the pricier S24+ and/or Ultra.
All in all, pre-order bonuses for the Galaxy S24 series will vary by market, but depending where you are, you might get a free pair of earbuds, a Watch, Samsung Care+ coverage, and/or other accessories.
