Samsung has topped the World's Best Employers list for the fourth year in a row. The list was created by Forbes in collaboration with Statista, and the company evaluated and ranked 700 firms for the 2023 version of its list. To come up with the rankings, the company surveyed 170,000 people across 50 countries worldwide.

Samsung, which has 270,372 employees globally, ranked first in the list of the World's Best Employers. Employees who participated in the survey responded about their companies' economic performance, working conditions, social responsibility, and more. Companies can't get involved in this process, which keeps the survey fair. Samsung has ranked first in this survey since 2020. Below are the top 14 rankings.

    1. Samsung
    2. Microsoft
    3. Alphabet (Google)
    4. Apple
