Samsung has released the July 2023 security update to the Galaxy Z Flip 5G in several countries. The new security update is rolling out in Australia, Europe, and North America. Samsung could release the new software update in other regions and countries within the next few days.

Galaxy Z Flip 5G July 2023 security update: Where is it available?

The latest software update for the Galaxy Z Flip 5G comes bearing firmware version F707BXXSAJWF1 in Europe. The update is available in Australia, Austria, Bulgaria, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, New Zealand, Norway, Romania, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the Baltic region, the Czech Republic, the Netherlands, and the UK.

The carrier-locked version of the Galaxy Z Flip 5G is also getting the new update with firmware version F707USQS6HWF1. The factory-unlocked version of the foldable phone is getting updated with the newest security patch, and it comes with firmware version F707U1UES6HWF1. The update is also available in Canada with firmware version F707WVLS6HWF1.

The July 2023 security patch included in this update solves over 90 security vulnerabilities found in the previous version of the software. Since it is only a security update, it doesn't bring any new features or performance improvements. It might get the One UI 5.1.1 update within the next few weeks, and that will bring many new features.

Samsung’s Galaxy AI suite now supports one extra language

As helpful as Galaxy AI features can be to many users, it can be equally useless for others whose languages are not supported.
