    Samsung Reminders can now sync with Microsoft To Do

    Microsoft had announced two months ago that it is extending its partnership with Samsung and that their services would see further integration. It was revealed that Samsung Notes and Samsung Reminders data would sync with OneNote, Outlook, and To Do in the future. Now, the sync feature between Microsoft's and Samsung's services is live.

    According to some users on Reddit, they've started seeing the cross-sync feature on their Galaxy smartphones and tablets after updating the Samsung Reminder app to version 11.6.01.1000. The changelog mentions “Sync with Microsoft To Do (Beta).” After installing the new version of Samsung Reminders, the sync option should appear as soon as you open the app. Once you sign in to your Microsoft account and give the necessary permissions, it asks you which Microsoft To Do list to sync with Samsung Reminders as it can only sync one list. Moreover, image reminders can't be synced with Microsoft To Do.

    You will also be able to see tasks synced with Outlook and Microsoft Teams. Note that entries that you've already made in the Samsung Reminders app won't sync to To Do, and you'll have to remake those tasks. It is also being reported that the two-way sync between Microsoft OneNote and Samsung Notes is live as well.
