The company is gradually going to make the beta available in more markets across the globe. Germany happens to be one of them and there's great news for Samsung fans in that country. Samsung has released the One UI 3.0 beta for the Galaxy S20 in Germany today.
It's already known that the One UI 3.0 beta will be making its way to the United States, United Kingdom, Poland, Germany, China, India, and South Korea. Samsung will slowly make its way through this list. Ideally, all countries mentioned here should receive the beta within the next couple of weeks.
Firmware version G988BXXU5ZTJA has been rolled out in Germany today. It includes the latest security patch for the month of October 2020. The One UI 3.0 beta has only been released for the Galaxy S20 series handsets so far. Samsung is likely going to expand it to the Galaxy Note 20 series in addition to the Galaxy S10 and Galaxy Note 10 lineups. However, it will take some time before those devices are allowed to get in on the action as well.
If you're based in Germany and have a Galaxy S20 series device, you can sign up for the One UI 3.0 beta trough the Samsung Members app. Once you have been enrolled in the beta program, expect an update notification to arrive on your phone in due course. This will also be the procedure for all markets where Samsung will release the beta.
