The Galaxy A70 is part of the recent crop of Galaxy A handsets from Samsung. The company has released quite a few of them this year. It may not be as flashy as the Galaxy A80 and its rotating camera but it does have respectable specs.
It features a 6.7-inch Infinity-U display with an optical fingerprint sensor. The Galaxy A70 is powered by the Snapdragon 675 processor with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. It's powered by Android Pie with One UI 1.1 on top which includes features like Bixby Routines and Digital Wellbeing.
Other features include a 32-megapixel primary camera with an 8-megapixel ultra-wide and a 5-megapixel depth sensor. There's also a 32-megapixel selfie camera. The Galaxy A70 boasts 25W super fast charging for its 4,500mAh battery, like the Galaxy S10 5G.
The latest Galaxy A70 update that's rolling out now features version number A705FNXXU1ASD6. It's rolling out in Ukraine over-the-air and is also available for download from our firmware section. It doesn't bring much else than the May 2019 security patch. The latest security maintenance release addresses several vulnerabilities in both Android OS and Samsung's software.
