Galaxy S10 pre-orders in Brazil exceed all expectations

The Galaxy S10 series is seeing a strong demand in Brazil. Samsung opened pre-orders for the series in the country on March 12, and within a fortnight the company has received twice as many pre-orders as it had received for the Galaxy S9 and S9+ last year. The Galaxy S10 pre-order period in Brazil runs until April 4.

“This result reinforces the confidence of Brazilian consumers in our brand,” said Antonio Quintas, Vice President, Mobile Division, Samsung Brazil. “Samsung has been in the country for 32 years always offering the best in products and services.”

Customers get Galaxy Buds and Galaxy Watch Active as gifts

Samsung is running a special promotional offer for the Galaxy S10 series in Brazil. During the pre-order period, customers who purchase the Galaxy S10e or the Galaxy S10 will get the new wireless Galaxy Buds at no additional cost. Those who opt for the Galaxy S10+ will get the Galaxy Watch Active. Buyers, however, will have to register their purchase on theSamsung For You website by April 7. They can redeem their gifts until May 1.

As for the price and availability, Samsung has launched only the 6GB+128GB variant of the Galaxy S10e and the Galaxy S10 in Brazil. The devices come in multiple color options and are priced at BRL 4,299 ($1,108) and BRL 4,999 ($1,289) respectively. The Galaxy S10+, meanwhile, is available in three different memory configurations: 6GB+128GB, 8GB+512GB and 12GB+1TB, with the latter two coming in ceramic back. The devices are priced at BRL 5,499 ($1,418), BRL 6,699 ($1,727) and BRL 8,999 ($2,321) respectively.
