It has previously been reported that T-Mobile is going to be one of the carriers that's going to be supported on this beta. The changelog is from a T-Mobile Galaxy S8 that received the beta. It's firmware version G950USQI1ZQJJ.
The changelog is pretty descriptive and that's not surprising, it is a major Android platform update after all. The firmware weighs in at 1.4GB. It brings Samsung Experience 9.0 which includes new features provided by Samsung Android 8.0 Oreo.
The changelog points out that some apps have to be updated individually before they can be used with the beta firmware. Samsung has recently been updating many of its apps with support for Android 8.0 Oreo.
Check out the screenshot posted below to get a sense of the changes that the beta brings. We expect that Samsung will make an official announcement regarding the Galaxy S8 Android 8.0 Oreo beta in the very near future.

Thanks, Henk!
